Tuesday 29th January
I have one more show to perform in Camrose, Alberta before I start my year long road trip. I will be traveling from Calgary to Missoula, Mt and then on to Portland, Oregon and spending a few days with my good buddy Tyzen (master of suggestion). I then start my journey south to pick up the tour bus which we named Club Paradise which I left in Sonoma, CA for the last 2 months.
After that we continue up to Pomona, CA to attend a 5 day RV convention with 4,000 people. Julie and I are excited as this is the first convention of this type for us, but we aren't sure what to expect. I will be introducing my new seminar Think and Be Thin at this convention. I will post pictures and update you further when the time comes.

My new website is coming along and is almost complete it looks great! This is a new whole look for me and it's very exciting. A complete 2008 tour schedule will be posted on the site. Also I have revamped all my CDs and remastered them, they sound great. You can also sign up for my new newsletter on this site. Lots of new things happening.

How to Relax
When on tour I am often asked how do I find time to relax? Your schedule is so hectic you must be tense alot? This is what I do to relax on the road. This technique will help anyone.
Often it is difficult to find the time and space to practice a little relaxation, so it is a good idea to create some in your imagination.
1. Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
2. Imagine a beautiful place, outside of time and space, where you can go to do your relaxation exercises.
3. This can be a real place that you have visited, where you did feel relaxed and calm, or you can create an entirely imaginary environment. You can create an enclosed room, or an unbounded space.
4. Once you have done this you should fill the space with things that bring you peace and/or give you pleasure.
5. You may wish to have a door, or barrier around the area so that nobody else may enter uninvited.
6. You may also wish to have some kind of path or staircase leading to your space.
7. Once you have built it, spend a few minutes exploring and getting to know your 'relaxation space'. You can add other things to your space at a later date.
8. When you are ready you may open your eyes and come back to the 'real' world, but just before you do, say to yourself, "whenever I come to this space I am relaxed and calm and at peace with myself."
